Lady C Shipping Fee

Lady C use Royal Mail to deliver your order.

Delivery, signed for package, 1 / 2 working days cost £4 for order under £75. Orders placed over £75 have no delivery costs.

Please not that delivery times can be affected by circumstances beyond our control. You should be aware during peak holiday periods delivery can take longer. Lady C will not accept any responsibility for delay in delivery.

Returns Policy

Should you decide not to keep your order Lady C will happily accept your return and refund you the cost of the item. However, certain criteria does apply:-

Items must be returned within 14 days.
Items must NOT have been worn. Care should be taking when trying on clothing as any marking on clothing will deem the item non-returnable.
Items must be returned with labels still attached.
Please ensure your invoice is included with the returned item.
Sale items cannot be returned.

Cost of returning the item will not be paid for by Lady C. You can post the item(s) back to Lady C or you can personal delivery the item(s) into the shop at Lady C Boutique 65 High Street, Dumbarton G82 1LS, within shop opening hours.

All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please return the item within 14 days. We will inspect the item and notify you by e-mail when your refund has been processed. Should the item be found faulty Lady C will refund you the cost of having returned the item.
